Barrel to Bottle.
Built your way.
Choose your distillery and mash bill, taste all four finishes, then tell us which one you want. We design the label with you. We handle the barrel, the finishing, the bottling and the paperwork. You pick it up in Frankfort, or we tell you before you buy whether we can deliver to your state.
Start building ↓Build it
Work down this page and pick your bourbon, choose how you want to taste the finishes, and start on your bottle and label. Your selections follow you as you scroll.
We finish it
Your barrel is finished on site in the cask you chose after tasting, then proofed and bottled to your spec at 100 proof. Most builds run 60 to 120 days.
Pick it up
Your finished bottles are ready for pickup at 104 Fortune Drive, Frankfort, Kentucky.
Distillery and mash bill
Start with the whiskey. Each barrel comes out of our own on-site inventory, so what you pick is what is in the rickhouse today.
Taste the finishes
This is where your barrel stops tasting like everyone else’s. We put all four finishes of your bourbon in front of you, and you pick after you taste — not before. Choose how you want to do it.
What is in the flight
The same four casks either way. You tell us which one after you taste.
Medium+ Toast French Oak
No prior fill. Pure toasted oak influence — deeper color, dense mouthfeel, dessert spice.
ex-Sauternes French Oak
Botrytized dessert-wine cask. Bright, honeyed and floral without going syrupy.
ex-PX Sherry American Oak
Pedro Ximénez. The richest option on the board — raisin, fig and molasses depth.
Light Toast Mizunara Oak
The rarest cask we run. Restrained and aromatic — sandalwood, incense and coconut.
Pick your bottle
All three run 750ml with a natural cork closure. The first two share a footprint and differ at the shoulder. The third is taller and slimmer.
Your label
Label design is done with you, not picked off a menu. Once you send your build we work up artwork, put it in front of you, and revise it until it is right. Nothing gets printed without your sign-off.
Send us your logo
Upload your logo in the form below — a PNG or PDF with a transparent background works best, but we can work from almost anything. Tell us your bottling name and any tagline in the notes and we will build the label around your mark.
Pick a style
Three house layouts, each adapted to your name, your tagline and your occasion. Pick the direction you are drawn to and we will build concepts around your name and occasion.
Upload 3 examples of bottles you like to build from
Photos, screenshots or links — whatever you have. Three labels you like tell us more about the direction you want than any brief could. Add your bottling name and tagline and we will send you concepts after you submit.

104 Fortune Drive, Frankfort, Kentucky — on site at our bonded warehouse. Delivery depends on your state; we tell you before you buy.
Before you reserve
Two things worth knowing up front.
Spirits sales are final
Once your barrel is committed to a build we cannot unwind it — the whiskey has been dumped, finished and bottled to your spec. We confirm everything with you in writing before that happens.
Damaged or wrong on arrival
Send us photos of the packaging and the bottles within 5 days of pickup or delivery and we will make it right.
Reserve your barrel
Send us your build and we will reach out to walk through the process in detail, design your label, and get samples in your hands. Nothing is committed and no payment is collected here.

How this works
The practical answers to what comes up most. If anything here does not match your situation, ask before you commit — we would rather sort it out now than at bottling.
- Who can buy a barrel
- Anyone 21 or older. Individuals, businesses, clubs and licensed retailers all buy barrels here — you do not need a license of any kind.
- How the bottles get to you
- Either you collect the finished cases here in Frankfort, or we coordinate delivery. Which one applies depends on your state, and we tell you which before you buy.
- Quantity and timing
- The full run is released at once — roughly 200 bottles, cased and ready, collected in a single trip rather than drawn down over time.
- Label approval
- We handle it. Every label goes to the federal government for approval before anything is printed, filed by us or by our licensed bottling partner. Product name, whiskey type, proof, volume and the government warning are fixed by federal rule. Everything else is yours.
- Taking it out of Kentucky
- Tell us where you are when you inquire. Every state handles this differently, so we work the route out with you and confirm it in writing before you commit.
