Distillery and mash bill
Start with the whiskey. Each barrel comes out of our own on-site inventory, so what you pick is what is in the rickhouse today.
Finish profile
This is where your barrel stops tasting like everyone else's. Pick the cask your whiskey finishes in.

All three run 750ml with a natural cork closure. Pick the shape that fits the bottle you want on the shelf.
