State of the Art Facility
Brand New Construction
Our new bonded bourbon warehouse has been designed and built specifically for palletized bourbon storage, sprinklered and meeting DISCUS fire protection standards. Phase 1 construction is nearly completed and will house +/- 18,000 barrels. A Phase 2 building expansion has been designed to house another +/- 20,000 barrels to accommodate our clients’ future needs.
Security & Sensor Monitoring
Ventilation design, warehouse heat & humidity monitoring, security, fire suppression, lightning protection along with other important factors were carefully considered by leading industry consultants to ensure a quality and safe bourbon aging environment. Our careful design and operations ensure your asset matures to its fullest potential all while enjoying competitive insurance and storage rates.
Passive & Active Ventilation
Intentional ventilation design and internal warehouse climate monitoring have been utilized, along with adequate pallet spacing to ensure the natural climate cycles of the Kentucky Bluegrass permeate each aging barrel. Our goal is to replicate the warehouse climate and fluctuations of the middle floors of a traditional rick house, which many industry veterans covet for the highest bourbon quality.
